What you say is true, but this is not a rational, philosophical argument, trying to prove something. It is indeed a matter of 'faith', depending on what you mean by that. All I'm saying is that Camus never had the experiences which would have convinced him that he was wrong. If he had, he would never able to persuade rationally by arguments those who disagreed with him.
