Well that's a positive development. Perhaps I read too much into your profile. Some people consider parapsychology to be 'supernatural', since they think it impossible from a physicalist perspective. I'm a big fan of Sheldrake; I would go so far as to say that he is my favourite scientist. I'm also very interested in parapsychology, and have written much about it on Medium.
As far as I can tell, we don't know specifically what Paul received in his visions, and from what other sources he may have obtained his ideas. I certainly don't claim that all information received in a vision is true. The recipient has to interpret it. However, we do know that Paul says that he “heard things that are not to be told” (assuming that he is writing about himself in the third person). So what he writes may not be his deepest teaching.
If I may say so, you seem somewhat obsessed by the blood issue. After all, wasn't it wine that was drunk at the Last Supper, despite Jesus calling it blood? The wine symbolises blood. There is much more to Paul than that, even though some of his material is controversial.
