Well, I don't have a good suggestion, but the problem as I see it is that extra-terrestrials to most people means physical beings from other solar systems, therefore merely a different version of us. I prefer a more spiritual explanation, that the physical universe is an emanation from the Cosmic Mind (therefore a simulation if you will), what is called maya, or God's dream.

I therefore think we have to keep the fight going for terms like Intelligent Design, and not water them down. I understand of course that your position is different from mine, as my job doesn't depend upon the approval of others. You are, however, currently remaining anonymous. You might therefore say in your writings what you really think?
