We did indeed vote to leave. But we (the people) never voted to join, so these problems have been created by the politicians who consistently act in their own interests without consulting the people.

With regard to the problem you mention, there are solutions (easily found on the internet) but the EU refuses to accept them because it wants to keep us shackled.

“ when a country wants to leave a union, the union has to do anything to accommodate the leaving party’s wishes”. We certainly don’t expect any help from the EU, even though it is every country’s democratic right to leave. That’s why we want to leave.

“ it wasn’t the EU who campaigned with lies and deceit”. Maybe it wasn’t the EU, but it was certainly the Remainers, who came out with a whole host of lies. If we even dared to vote Leave:

  • we would need an emergency budget. The day after the vote this was declared unnecessary.
  • there would be an immediate recession. Never happened.
  • there would be a financial apocalypse. Never happened.

If by saying that Brexiteers lied, you are referring to that claim on the bus, I refer to the recent Court judgments which say that Boris Johnson was justified in his claims — the case against him was thrown out.
