The unfortunate thing is that Joe Biden also seems to be about to use women, to cover up his militaristic agenda (women are so much nicer than men, aren't they?). The story for the public will be that he is advancing the cause of women's rights, including black women. (Admittedly they are not as glamorous as the women in the photos you show here.)
