The re/unification of science and religion may seem like an impossibility, but that's mainly because of the dogmatism of materialist scientists, which has to be challenged at every opportunity. It's a battle worth fighting. If by 'subjective angle' you mean introspection, allowing personal experiences to be considered evidence rather than dismissing them as anecdotes, and relaxing somewhat the scientific method, then so be it.

Great stuff about the plants. This is another field that is taking off at the moment, e.g. Monica Gagliano and others. Jagadis Chandra Bose was doing great work a hundred years ago. Can you ask Amit just to check your suspicion?
