I have another question which I hope you can clarify with your knowledge. What is the assumed timing of Paul's conversion in relation to Jesus's resurrection/ascension? I once perhaps naively assumed that it was the physical resurrected Jesus whom Paul encountered. If his conversion was later, then it would have to be a vision of the ascended Jesus. What's your understanding?
