Quantum Physics and Spirituality
This is a long series of articles, so this is just a general guide with links, for ease of finding.
There was an introduction, in which I explained why I think this topic is so important: Quantum Physics and Spirituality — Introduction | by Graham Pemberton | Medium
In the next article, I gave a brief history of the idea, mentioning the most important books: Quantum Physics and Spirituality — Part 2, the History | by Graham Pemberton | Medium
I then began my summaries with Fred Alan Wolf’s Space-Time and Beyond: Quantum Physics and Spirituality — Part 3, Fred Alan Wolf | by Graham Pemberton | Medium
I continued with my summary of Fritjof Capra’s classic The Tao of Physics: Quantum Physics and Spirituality — Fritjof Capra and The Tao of Physics | by Graham Pemberton | Jul, 2021 | Medium
I then summarised two books, The Dancing Wu Li Masters by Gary Zukav, and Mysticism and the New Physics by Michael Talbot: Quantum Physics and Spirituality — Part 5, Gary Zukav and Michael Talbot | by Graham Pemberton | Jul, 2021 | Medium
I then discussed Ken Wilber’s claim that there is no connection between the worldviews of quantum physics and spirituality: Quantum Physics, Spirituality, and Ken Wilber | by Graham Pemberton | Jul, 2021 | Medium

And here is a summary of her opening chapters: Quantum Physics and Spirituality — Danah Zohar and a New Society, part 2 | by Graham Pemberton | Aug, 2021 | Medium
She then begins to discuss panpsychism: Quantum Physics and Spirituality — Danah Zohar and a New Society, part 3 | by Graham Pemberton | Aug, 2021 | Medium
Here she begins her attempt to discover a physics of consciousness: Quantum Physics and Spirituality — Danah Zohar and a New Society, part 4 | by Graham Pemberton | Aug, 2021 | Medium
In the next chapter, she explores the mind/body relationship, thus the Hard Problem of Consciousness: Quantum Physics and Spirituality — Danah Zohar and a New Society, part 5 | by Graham Pemberton | Aug, 2021 | Medium
In the next chapter, she explores the nature of personal identity: Quantum Physics and Spirituality — Danah Zohar and a New Society, part 6 | by Graham Pemberton | Aug, 2021 | Medium
In the next chapter, superficially she is exploring the nature of relationships. She is actually discussing those occasions when the personal self seems to extend beyond the body: Quantum Physics and Spirituality — Danah Zohar and a New Society, part 7, Quantum Relationships | by Graham Pemberton | Aug, 2021 | Medium
The next article summarises her next few chapters, including survival of death, free will and, more importantly, the conscious universe and the purpose of evolution — she dares to introduce the word God into the discussion: Quantum Physics and Spirituality — Danah Zohar and a New Society, part 8 | by Graham Pemberton | Sep, 2021 | Medium
In her final chapter she summarises what has preceded, and offers a quantum worldview: Quantum Physics and Spirituality — Danah Zohar and a Quantum Worldview | by Graham Pemberton | Sep, 2021 | Medium
The last article in the series is a discussion of Carlo Rovelli’s book Helgoland. My whole series has been devoted to showing how the findings of quantum physics can lead to a spiritual worldview. In this book, Rovelli tries to deny this completely, and attempts to return quantum physics to something as close to materialism as possible. Unsurprisingly, I am highly critical: Quantum Physics and No Spirituality — Carlo Rovelli and Helgoland | by Graham Pemberton | Sep, 2021 | Medium
