On the subject of movies I think David Lynch has done some great work, especially Mulholland Drive, Lost Highway, and Inland Empire.

On the environmental question, and any others like it relating to outside world, I always wonder whether such people are truly being guided from within. It seems to me that a lot of young people are reacting from a starting point of fear.
