Interesting questions. As far as I understand it, in Hinduism there is an ultimate Ground of Being, or pure consciousness without content, called Brahman. This generates what is sometimes perceived as an 'entity' called Brahma, the equivalent of the Western 'creator' God, although perhaps better understood as a Oneness from which everything else emanates – Carl Jung calls this the Unus Mundus.

Taoism is less detailed. There is an ultimate mysterious source called the Tao, which I take to be the equivalent of Brahman (although it could be Brahma?).

The Buddha was reluctant to speculate on metaphysical questions. That hasn't prevented his followers from doing so. As far as I can tell, Buddhists seek to become reabsorbed into the ultimate source of nothingness, which is presumably the equivalent of Brahman.
