In answer to your final question, I would answer yes. In relation to both ESP and UFOs (also life in general), I have had experiences that suggest that other consciousnesses have access to my mind, and can transmit messages which I am supposed to follow. On occasions this other consciousness is monitoring what I'm doing second by second, and controlling what I'm doing without my conscious knowledge.

Explanations for this could be either something supposedly to do with me (i.e. higher self, soul, daimon), or something separate from me (spirit guide, guardian angel type ideas), or who knows what?
