That's very generous of you to say so, but in the past you have suggested that I am somewhat limited, and have recommended I undertake some form of meditation in order to seek the self-realisation that you have achieved. (Note your profile “I Am”.) I am quite happy to agree that I have not achieved complete self-realisation, but I obviously don't know whether you have, as you claim.
Your second question is difficult, but here are some tentative suggestions:
I appear to be a consciousness inhabiting a body in a material world/level of reality, but I am told by various traditions and teachers that this appearance is an illusion of some kind.
The consciousness that I experience myself to be is not generated by, or the product of, my brain.
During sleep I enter a different type of 'reality', where dreams offer a commentary upon my life, and guidance as to what I need to do.
