I was aware that Nabataea is one of the options for consideration for what Paul meant by Arabia. We might never know for sure where he went, but ultimately it doesn’t really matter, except for considerations of historical accuracy, which is why I found Salibi’s theory interesting, even though you call it linguistic gymnastics.

What’s important is what he did while he was there.
