I assume that by 'Bible' here you mean the New Testament. It's hard to imagine such statements occurring in the Old Testament, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

The quote from Corinthians, which we assume is authored by Paul, makes no reference to whether the judgment occurs after one or many lifetimes.
