I am familiar with panpsychism. It depends what you mean by it. My personal position is that it's ok, but it doesn't go far enough. I think idealism is closer to the truth, and my perception of Buddhism is that it is also idealism. So it depends what Buddhists mean when they use that word.

The martial arts I practise advocates restraint without injury, so dislocating the wrist would be avoided.
