I'm not sure how old your daughter is. Did you tell me before? Is she old enough to make a firm judgment?
If you read my article carefully, you would have noted that my point was that humans seem to have a natural tendency to worship – that is what I meant by naturally religious - so that if they don't have a religion or deities to worship, then they find substitutes. These, in my opinion, were false 'gods', so it would be better to revere and attend to the sacred depths within us. These can easily be unconscious, as any psychotherapist will tell you. So we can't judge a person's beliefs and attitudes by their conscious position.
Can I ask why these issues get you so agitated and somewhat angry?
