Hi Umair. Interesting piece. However:

Caring, concern, compassion, so it seems to me, was exactly the Labour Corbyn message in the recent election: massive investment in education and social care etc, fight against poverty and so on. And this was still rejected out of hand, by previously devoted Labour voters, who turned to the Conservatives. My assumption is that this was not because they were overly concerned about purity of message, and the infighting you describe; rather they cared more about freedom for our country from the EU, and more democracy. Why else would they do that?
