We're obviously not going to agree on this, but my response is, what is wrong with working within the context of Hellenism, the sort of worldview first developed by Plato and later developed by Plotinus (Neo-Platonism)? Especially if that brings us closer to the truth than the Bible. In trying to formulate the best possible religion, we have to explore every avenue and all sources.
