Adam may be mentioned in the OT but, as far as I’m aware, the Garden of Eden story, serpent and all, is not. That is what I was referring to.

The 6 days of the creation account are from Genesis 1 which, according to scholars, but not to you, is a different account of creation. In either case, this is not relevant to my point about the Garden of Eden story, that it does not appear elsewhere in the OT.

The older brother in my interpretation represents those souls (angels) who chose not to descend/fall into the material world.
