As you say, the scientific method is the problem, since much of what may be true falls outside it. Repeatability of course does not apply to archaeology, since we are dealing with history, and everything only happened once. You only have to be willing to accept what's in front of your eyes. In the case of Hancock's theories, there is no need for psychics and mediums to get involved, and remote view. The evidence is there.
